1. How do I schedule a first time appointment?

There are two ways to schedule: on-line or by phone.

Register On-line

If you know the therapist you want to see, it's very easy to schedule a first time appointment directly on line. Click on the name of the therapist below. You will be prompted to set up a user name and password and complete some preliminary information.

2. Can I change or reschedule appointments myself?

Yes. It's very easy to confirm, change, and reschedule your appointments at your convenience on-line. If you don't already have a user name and password contact us first, then log into www.therapyappointment.com.

You can also call us directly at 734-854-7061 or 517-486-4005 to confirm or reschedule your appointment.

3. What private insurances do you accept?

We are all on the the following insurance networks: Blue Cross, Paramount, Cofinity, First Health, Value Options, MHN, Aetna, Cigna, Front Path, Multi-Plan, and Magellan.

Medical Mutual of Ohio will get processed through a designated Michigan insurance (listed on the back of your card).

4. Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No. We are not set up to accept either Medicare or Medicaid. We do, however, accept Meridian Health Plan of Michigan which is an HMO for Michigan medicaid.

5. Do you have reduced fees available?

Yes, we do have some limited fee reductions available based on financial hardship for private fee clients.
