Hi! My heart is to let people know there is hope. No matter how difficult the situation or struggle, there is healing. I am passionate about helping people through that process.
My faith in and love for Jesus is what motivates me. He is the foundation of all I do and am.
My passions include helping with women with struggles – including anxiety, grief, depression, relationships, boundaries, past trauma, and whatever you are facing.
My experience includes more than eight years at Christian Care Connection, where I continue to serve women seeking healing and restoration. Before that, I worked for five years in a recovery home with teens who had been commercially sexually exploited. I also spent two years in a non-profit setting with women who had experienced trauma and been prostituted.
In addition, I worked for 15 years with teens and children in foster care settings and in running a juvenile diversion program for youth with first-time offenses (misdemeanors). I have also been involved with women at a crisis pregnancy center.
Education, Training and Certifications: BA in Social Work, Masters in Social Work; Licensed Independent Social Worker.
Specialties: Women, anxiety, grief, depression, relationships, boundaries, self-esteem, trauma. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained.
